  1. The controller of personal data is Prino-Plast sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Malbork, Aleja Wojska Polskiego 48.
  2. The personal data provided in the contact form are processed solely for the purpose of handling the inquiry and ensuring proper communication with the user.
  3. The legal basis for processing the data is Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR (the legitimate interests pursued by the Controller).
  4. The data are processed in a manner that ensures their confidentiality, integrity and availability, in accordance with the quality and information security management systems in force at Prino-Plast sp. z o.o.
  5. Access to the data is granted only to authorised employees or associates who are bound by confidentiality obligations.
  6. The data are not transferred to third countries and are not disclosed to unauthorised entities.
  7. The data are stored for the period necessary to achieve the purpose of processing or for the period required under applicable laws.
  8. The user has the right to access their data, to have them rectified, erased, to restrict processing, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
